Hold a current UK provisional or full driving licence for category B car and produce on first lesson.
It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical issue or your fitness to drive that may affect your driving including declaring medication and any reason why the licence is revoked or not valid. Instructor will ask these questions.
Read a number plate at the required legal distance with or without corrective lenses ( glasses or contact lenses ) and if needed wear them when driving,
Driving Lessons to be paid for in advance to secure booking.
Cancellation of Lessons with at least 48 hours’ notice by phone whatapp or email to be acknowledged by the instructor. If this notice is not given lesson will be chargeable at lesson rate.
Late for lesson at the agreed place and time. Instructor will wait 15 minutes and try and make contact. If no contact made instructor will leave and the lesson will be chargeable. Allowances for the instructor to be late due to traffic conditions or mechanical failure etc may result in lesson time changes or cancellation will not result in a loss of lesson fee.
No Responsibility on the part of the instructor for events out of their control eg.DVSA cancelling the test, lesson to be paid for pupil may be claim so expenses from DVSA.
It is the responsibility of the pupil to bring the driving Licence to the actual test.
The instructor reserves the right to withdraw the use of the dual controlled car if the pupil is not up to a satisfactory standard of driving and for any reason including illness, alcohol / drugs. This will be in the interest of public safety. Please do not ask to take your test to just “ have a ago“
